Спасибо! Мой вариант, который еще не сдан: 3.1.9. if the Employee is incapable to work, he must notify the Employer of his incapability within one day from the date he has been declared incapable to work unless his health condition prevents him from doing so; |

*he has been declared* - не то время и глагол The employee is obligated to inform the employer about the inability to work within/not later than 24 hours after the inability was established, unless his health condition prevents him from doing so. |
