Piling works limited to pile head cutting (piles are installed by other construction contractors) and sheeting work for foundations as indicated in the geotechnical recommendation and project documents as well as for retaining structures and soil improvement works.

"for retaining structures and soil improvement works." - относится к "sheeting work" или это уже отдельное перечисление?
