Вот как это выглядит: Financial Understanding and Structuring Capability A significant part of providing useful business advice requires a detailed understanding of how to raise and deploy financial resources. I have had direct experience in private and public international finance through my previous employment with Citibank, NA and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank), my employment later at London Trust and my experience as a board member of a publicly owned bank in Zimbabwe. For many years during the 1980s and early 1990s, I had a large legal practice in the area of Third World debt; this helped me to understand the importance of flexibility in the structuring of financing of unusual transactions. From 1998 through 2000, I represented two major investment funds for Africa, the Modern Africa Growth & Investment Company (MAGIC) as well as the AIG African Infrastructure Fund, both based in Washington, DC. For both funds, I was involved in various issues concerning their establishment and operation, as well as operationally with their investments. Presently I am a partner in Second Stage Capital Partners Ltd. which is involved in the restructuring of ailing companies and the establishment of new companies, mainly in Africa
