Figure 6E shows that on day 8 relative to disease induction, a delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction was carried out in a subset of the mice shown in panel B. Selected representative animals from the PLP139-151/CFA primed groups in panel B (OVA323-339-PLG and PLP139-151-PLG) were ear-challenged with the priming PLP139-151 epitope and the OVA323-339 control peptide.
