Subject: не опечатка ли? или тогда не понимаю... gen. Не должно ли быть OR вместо OF в части "who enters into a contract with the Foundation or the Council Members of the Beneficiaries or any of them"? как есть - не понимаю...an Excluded Person who enters into a contract with the Foundation or the Council Members of the Beneficiaries or any of them whether directly or indirectly and benefits in any manner whatsoever by virtue of such contract shall not be deemed to have taken any benefit under the Foundation provided that such contract was entered into at arms length and on a commercial basis. По-моему, опечатка... the Council Members or the Beneficiaries. Но на всякий случай пройдитесь глазом по документу -- вдруг там и правда где-то написано про Council of the Beneficiaries? |
