To apply, maintain and obtain laws, precepts, writs, bylaws, decrees, charters, concessions, rights, privileges, licenses or permits which will allow the Company to realize any of its activities, affect a change in company statutes or for any other purpose that could be considered reasonable, and prevent any cases or claims which directly or indirectly, may damage the interests of the Company, additionally make and execute agreements with any Government or authority (state, municipal, local or other level) which may be deemed conducive to achieving objects of Company or any of them.
