To include the contribution of ligand-independent (KR) PR target genes, we combined patients whose tumors expressed both KR metagenes (KR –R5020, or KR +R5020). These patients experienced significantly reduced survival relative to those whose tumors did not express either of the two KR metagenes (P = 0.0261) (Fig. 5D).
