Subject: buffer dose-response wells biol. Comparison of assay performanceA formal comparison between the most recent version of the method disclosed in Gold et al. (PLoS One (Dec. 2010) 5(12):e15005) (termed "Previous assay" in Table 2) and the instant disclosure (Version 3 in Table 2) was made. The high degree of similarity between protocols permitted a test in which both assay protocols could be run in a single robotic run, in fact on the same filter plates, with minimal manual intervention. Нужно протокол повнимательнее посмотреть, если есть. Если у них plasma - испытуемый образец плазмы, то plasma spike - это добавка к нему известного количества аналита, то есть метод добавок. Не думаю, что они используют нулевую плазму. А калибровочная кривая (dose-response curve) в буфере - дополнительное подтверждение достоверности результата. Если есть название метода и тест-набора, можно посмотреть примеры постановки анализа и многое станет понятно. |
