Before the condensate is directed into the condensate system, the conductivity analyzer should be placed in service.
Cooling water leakage into the condensate system will give a high conductivity.

If this occurs at anytime, the condensate from the surface condenser must immediately be diverted to sewer, to avoid contaminating all of the condensate being collected.
