Subject: возможная ошибка в оригиале gen. Посмотрите, пож-та, на фрагмент из документа:At the date hereof the Company was solvent, there is no indication that entering into the Documents would endanger the Company’s solvency and the Board has no valid reasons to believe that the creditors of the Company will, notwithstanding the Documents, not have full recourse against the Company or the continuity of the Company is in danger or will be endangered by entering into the Documents. To my mind, there is a mistake here, as the word "not" ( в сегменте not have full recourse ) should be deleted. After deleting of it the meaning of this sentence becomes clear. Как вы считаете? |

да, это понятно Получается: .... the Board has no valid reasons to believe that the creditors of the Company will not have full recourse... тогда по смыслу, по моему, не верно, так как должно быть просто will have full recourse (без not). По-моему должно быть: the Board has no valid reasons to believe that the creditors of the Company will have full recourse.... Как вы думаете? |

Вероятно: у СД нет оснований считать, что заключение Документов может ущемить права кредиторов (видимо, ранее где-то было прописано, что при определенных условиях кредиторы имеют право full recourse); так вот заключение Документов не лишает их этого права... Про full recourse что-нибудь еще было написано? |
