Subject: одно длинное и нудное предложение gen.

Установлено, что существует практика, когда ночной смене для перемещения мате-риалов в отсутствие ответственных лиц, имеющих право на подписание материальных пропусков, ос-тавляются 1-2 подписанных заранее незаполненных бланка.

It is found that there is practice in place when night shift for materials transportation if responsible persons authorized to sign material pass are absent 1-2 earlier signed unfilled blanks are left

чувствую, что у меня получилось не так с английским текстом. Коллеги, прошу вас о помощи, если вам не трудно

"Было установлено, что существует практика, когда ночной смене для перемещения материалов в отсутствие ответственных лиц, имеющих право на подписание материальных пропусков, оставляются один-два подписанных заранее незаполненных бланков".
(бланкОВ здесь не по-русски, но Г-трансу так легче)
Г-транс:
"It was found that there is a practice, when the night shift for the material handling in the absence of responsible persons entitled to sign the material permits, keep one or two pre-signed blank forms."

Слегка подправил только исходное предложение на русском.
В английском транслейте изменил одно-единственное место - было "movement of materials", я кликнул и выбрал другой вариант из предложенных Г-трансом - "material handling".

Запятые в варианте от Г-транса надо чуть подправить, а в целом очень даже неплохо. Мой вариант исправления запятых:
"It was found that there is a practice when the night shift, for the material handling in the absence of responsible persons entitled to sign the material permits, keep one or two pre-signed blank forms."

А если так:

It was found that there exists a practice to leave one or two pre-signed blank forms to the workers of the night shift, so that they could handle materials in the absense of responsible persons entitled to sign material permits.

- It transpired that it would be considered standard practice to leave 1 or 2 blank forms to the night shift ...
