Subject: Договор gen. Добрый вечер.Не могу сообразить как корректно перевести следующее предложение: Если Сторона не направит или несвоевременно направит извещение, предусмотренное в п. 2.2. то она обязана возместить другим УЧАСТНИКАМ КОНСОРЦИУМА понесенные в связи с этим убытки. If the Party does not send or delay the sending of notice covered by paragraph 2.2. it is obliged to pay damages to the other Consortium members. (куда вставить "понесенные в связи с этим убытки" не пойму....) Буду благодарна за помощь) |

Вы не пробовали начинать предложение со слова should? Говорят, что звучит очень по-английски. |
