Subject: calls genet. Добрый день! Помогите мне, пожалуйста, перевести слово "calls" в нижеследующем контексте:*Excludes one trisomy 21 sample that was called on chromosomes 13, 18, X, and Y, but no-called on chromosome 21. Я, в приципе, весь день так и переводила, пока мне не встретился вот такой отрывок : Samples failed quality control metrics and did not return a result (no-calls) for the following reasons: 1) low fetal fraction (less than 3.8% fetal fraction or less than 8.0% fetal fraction with insufficient cell-free DNA signal-to-noise ratio for the algorithm to make a high confidence call); Не могу понять, что это "сигналы" или "связи" :-(((( |

"A “no call” is provided in the event that the diagnosis for normal or affected cannot be made with confidence". "The “no call” samples are samples for which a definitive diagnosis cannot be made with reliability". Т.е. пороговые величины задаются таким образом, что при заданной надежности в группу "call" попадут имено те образцы, где имеются заданные абберации. Did not return a call - т.е. вы задали пороговые виличины, прогнали samples через cycler, а они не попали в заданный интервал > результат отрицательный. |
