Parties commit to find friendly way to the resolution of their dispute by any aim at their convenience. Would there be any failure to do so, all dispute related to these present document remain the sole and exclusive competence of the Social Head Quarter of the COMPANY unless that the COMPANY would prefer to ask to any other competent jurisdiction, and even in case of summary procedure, incident request, warranty claim or defender plurality even if attributives clauses possibly existing on purchaser documents can object the application to this present clause application.
