ENERGIZING
1 With acceptable readings on all tests made and all items deemed safe, apply control voltage to the system. Check all interlocks, pushbuttons, (local and remote) pressure sw., or other pilot or control devices in the circuit for proper function. Verify by volt-phm meter the input and output of the respective PLC. After all tests and checks are performed satisfactorily, disconnect control power from the system.
2 Connect motor leads to starter.
3 *Have millwright loc out MCC, then disconnect motor coupling, grease motor, and clear for bumping of motor.*

Немного затрудняет последнее предложение.
Кто в данном случае конкретно millwright и не совсем понятно clear for bumping of motor
