Framework purchase agreement
concluded below mentioned day between the parties, namely:

1. XXXX (hereinafter referred to as „seller“)
on the one hand;
and
2. XXXXX (hereinafter referred to as „Buyer“)
on the other hand;
seller and buyer together hereinafter as "Parties".

I.
Introductory statement

1. This Agreement is negotiated on contract FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT agreed beetwen XXX and (Supplier name) have entered into a FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT dated _______ which is valid and with full legal force.
2. Under this Agreement the Supplier shall deliver to the Buyer the Products. The Buyer shall accept and pay for the Products in accordance with terms and conditions defined in the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.
