In spite of washing period of the gradient after analysis carried out with a great number of samples (n>20), and in the case when analysis is performed with the column used for assay test it is proposed to regenerate the column. In regeneration process mobile phase „A” is replaced by water and consecutively several washing gradients are run, in which amount of mobile phase „B” (acetonitrile) changes from 10 to 90 % within 5 minutes and remains on 90 % for 5 minutes.
