да, вполне может подойти но я также встречала и financial condition и даже financial position, а financial status не знаю почему, но мне попадался реже |

+, как вариация на эту же тему, вместо "provided by" вполне подойдет также и "made available (to the contractor) by", т.е.: materials sourced by the contractor and those made available by the client both their own materials and those made available by the client "непосредственно имеющихся в собственном распоряжении" is triple overkill ( ditto for "being at the Contractor’s OWN disposal", "available at the Contractor’s disposal", "in its (immediate) possession" and the rest of it ( насчет "Настоящим устанавливается" и "It is hereby established" - надо смотреть, что именно автор имел в виду "осуществляет изучение и обработку материалов" - is double overkill, достаточно "изучает и обрабатывает материалы", но это вопрос языкового вкуса ( |

Я согласен, что речь, очевидно, идет о "the parties (hereby) agree that..."! |
