Subject: назначенные ответственными за обеспечение пожарной gen.

Руководители и должностные лица организаций, предприятий, лица, в установленном порядке назначенные ответственными за обеспечение пожарной безопасности, по прибытии к месту пожара должны:
сообщить о возникновении пожара в пожарную охрану, поставить в известность руководство и дежурные службы объекта;

Managers and officials of organizations, companies, persons, responsible for fire safety , on arrival to the fire location should:
report about fire break-out to the Fire department, notify management and on-duty services as appropriate.

У меня такой упрек :-) - надо говорить report the fire (не about)

Не надо breakout. Просто report a fire.
