Package design should be consistent with the design, approved as part of the registrstion process of Product's standard documentation with Ministry X. In the event the shipment of Product in packaging compliant with such standard documentation is not possible, the Shipper shall obtain permission from Ministry X for the import of Product in accordance with existing regulations. * if you want to use "correspond," it should be "correspond to". |
