Subject: Binding ELISA .. смущает слово binding pharma. 3.2 Binding ELISA (TM-060)3.2.1 Method Description 3.2.1.1 Purpose To determine the binding capacity of BDS relative to reference material. 3.2.1.2 Method This ELISA uses an anti-idiotypic antibody to capture SGN-35 and HRP-conjugated mouse anti-human IgG for detection. SGN-35 reference material and samples are diluted in parallel to form a standard and sample curve from 0.78 to 400 ng/mL. 100 μL of sample, standard, or control are added to the wells of a plate that have been coated with the anti-idiotypic antibody. After incubation, the plates are washed before the addition of the HRP-conjugated mouse anti-human IgG detection antibody. Substrate is added and after a set period of time the reaction is stopped with 100 μL of 1 M phosphoric acid. The plates are read in a microtiter plate spectrophotometer at 450 nm. .... просто ELISA сам по себе это Энзим связанный иммуносорбентный метод исследования .. а здесь дополнительно слово binding нарисовалось .. и ELISA uses an anti-idiotypic antibody to capture , т.е. перевести по другому ?? Связывающий метод иммуноферментного анализа .. В общем запутался я. Подскажите как перевести пожалуйста. Заранее Спасибо. |

Может стоит посмотреть, какая там у Вас разновидность? Кстати, "Энзим связанный иммуносорбентный метод исследования" - такого никогда не слышала вообще, это очень странно. Иммуноферментный анализ, ИФА - и всё. а ту про ligand binding assay |

Binding ELISA может означать Binding capacity of ELISA в виде Bulk drug substance (в нерасфасованной лекарственной форме) т.к. это является целью всего исследования: Purpose To determine the binding capacity of BDS relative to reference material |
