в общем Once on a team, the IPT member no longer functions solely as a member of a particular functional organization who focuses on a given discipline. Instead he or she functions as a team member who focuses on a product and its associated processes. |

Сразу после этого член комплексной рабочей группы больше не функционирует исключительно в составе той или иной функциональной организации, которая сосредотачивается на данной области. Вместо этого он или она функционирует как член группы, который сосредотачивается на продукте и относящихся к нему процессах. а после этого, это после чего? |

"focuses on a given discipline" не равно "сосредотачивается на данной области" he or she - переводите одним местоимением, род которого совпадает с родом заменяемого сущ-го. |

Можно так: organization who focuses on a given discipline - специализированная организация Пользуйтесь словарем! |
