Изменение -- замена одного варианта регулирования другим. Соотв., deviations or changes/modifications, а в конце - amendments. |

Алекс, скорее всего, обратный но вот эти deviations... Я больше в оригинале представляю себе что-то типа No change in, or amendment to, this Agreement shall be binding upon either Party unless made in writing and signed by authorised representatives of both Parties |
