SECOND.- SERVICES PROVIDED BY MOOD MEDIA
MOOD MEDIA undertakes, by virtue of the agreement signed with the FRANCHISER, to supply the following services to the FRANCHISEE:
2.1. The rental and maintenance of a music playei called "MP-7000 MANGO", which includes a central unit that allows the musical content created by MOOD MEDIA to be played in the Store. The said musical content has been specially compiled under the FRANCHISER'S supervision and approval The aforementioned equipmcrt also has broadcasting software that is specially designed for MANGO and a musical content that consists of three different programs.

2.2. A technical -.'distance service (HOTLINE) designed to resolve queries and small incidents that
may occur both during the installation of the equipment and during the use thereof The contact
