Instruction of Scrapbridge Calibration System
There is a function for correction of overlap, which is used when there is a difference be-tween the actual overlap value and the setting value. The operating instruction is as fol-lows:
1. Enter the Calibration Setting System
Set “Auto/Manual” button to “Manual”.
Set “Start/Run/Stop” button to “Stop”.
Simultaneously press the two buttons of “Temperature + and Speed +”.
Paper length setting display board shows “CXXX”, in which “XXX” is the original corrected value. For example: “C 00” indicates the original corrected value is 00; “C-12” indicates the original corrected value is -12.
2. Adjustment of Calibration System
Use “+ or –” of the paper length setting button to calibrate the length/scrapbridge of paper core.
If there is a larger scrapbridge, press “–” to reduce the scrapbridge length.
For example: the 600mm paper core and its corresponding 5mm scrapbridge length shall have the setting of 595 theoretically. If the actual scrapbridge is 15mm, set the calibration of “C－20” for compensation.
If there is no scrapbridge, press “+” to increase scrapbridge length.
For example: the 600mm paper core and its corresponding 5mm scrapbridge length shall have the paper length setting of 595 theoretically. If the actual scrapbridge is 2mm, set the calibration of “C 6” for compensation.
Note: The scrapbridge compensation value is set based on paper length of 600mm and two compensation values are approximately equal to 1mm
