Title to the WORK and all its components, equipment, drawings, specifications, documents and materials (but not the risk) shall pass to Company
immediately upon their allocation to the WORK, whether they are situated on Contractor’s site or sites, on the premises of various sub-contractors or
suppliers, or on the actual work site, and whether or not such items have been incorporated in the WORK.
Contractor shall identify and mark all such items of non-fungible/non consumable nature to indicate their allotment to the WORK. Such
identification must comply with the applicable law so that it constitutes passing of title to Company.
Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to segregate all fungible/consumable goods intended for the WORK in an area or in a manner that is
clearly indicative of the passing of title of such goods (in compliance with the applicable law) e.g. by placing such items in a separately fenced area
marked with the name of Company
