The Purchaser agrees that the Company may register any Personal Property Security Interest created by these terms and conditions under the Personal Property Securities Register and the Purchaser waivers its rights to recieve a verification statement (as that term is defined in the Personal Property Security Act) in respect of any financing statement or financing change statement (as those terms are defined in the Personal Property Security Act) in respect of any personal property of the Purchaser.
