Subject: EQ up/EQ down gen. День добрый,Инструкция, раздел, касающийся проведения периодического контроля оборудования. Речь идет о снятии показаний давления на (поворотном) клапане 7.2.13 Rotary Valve Top and Bottom (RV-5001A/B, RV-5002A/B) 7.2.13.1 Monthly: • Record the end of step pressures during: o Feed (120-125 psig target) o EQ down (88-90 psig target) o Provide Purge (35-40 psig target) o Blowdown (3-5 psig target) o Receive Purge (7-10 psig target) o Blow down (3-5 psig target) o EQ up (within 8 psig of EQ down) o Repressurization (approaches feed within 8 psig without pause and then jumps slightly as the bed goes on feed). Также непонятно что такое provide purge/recieve purge - Давление продувки на входе/выходе? |
