It is understood and agreed that this Certificate represents and takes the place of an original policy as used by Aon Risk Services at the date of issue of this Certificate, and that it conveys all the rights of the original holder (for purpose of collecting any loss or claim) as fully as if the property was covered by a policy direct to the holder of this Certificate and free from any liability for unpaid premiums.
