Из всего этого абзаца меня по большому счету интересует лишь одна фраза:
[Company 1] and [Company 2] unconditionally, irrevocably and absolutely declare and acknowledge to [Company 5] that has any interest, claim, entitlement or right of any kind in or to the [Deposit] Interest...
Что в данном случае означает acknowledge to [Company 5] that has any interest...?

Вот и весь параграф:
[Company 4] and [Company 5] are parties to a deed of acknowledgment dated 26 December 2009 and made between (1) [Company 1], (2) [Company 2], (3) [Company 3], [Company 4], (5) [Company 5] (“Deed of Acknowledgement”), a copy of which is set out in Schedule 7, and pursuant to which, inter alia, (i) [Company 1] and [Company 2] unconditionally, irrevocably and absolutely declare and acknowledge to [Company 4] that has any interest, claim, entitlement or right of any kind in or to the [Deposit] Interest (as such term is defined in the Deed of Acknowledgment) including without limitation any claim arising in any capacity or in any jurisdiction against [Company 4] or any other party howsoever arising in respect of the Kiha Interest and/or its right to be assigned the [Deposit] Interest; and (ii) to the extent that [Company 1] and/or [Company 2] has or may have any interest, claim, entitlement or right of any kind in or to the [Deposit] Interest, including without limitation any claim arising in any capacity or in any jurisdiction against [Company 4] or any other party howsoever arising in respect of the [Deposit] Interest and/or its right to be assigned the [Deposit] Interest, whether in law or in equity, and whether or not presently known to any party or to the law, [Company 1] and [Company 2] irrevocably waive, release and forever discharge [Company 4] from all and any such liability.
