My try: The Parties hereby acknowledge that information exchanged between them during the negotiation and after the execution of the Agreement will be treated as confidential and valuable for the Parties and not subject to disclosure because of it being a commercial secret and because of the commercial value such information may have as long as it is obscure to third parties. |
