Subject: помогите разобраться со значением gen. В пункте договора есть предложение:
. If such audit reveals a claimed credit in excess of five percent (5%) or more of the actual credit, Distributor shall promptly reimburse Adesto the excess credit amount and pay to Adesto all costs and expenses of such audit.
Меня интересует значение "claimed credit", мультитран дает " заявлять о праве на льготы при отбывании тюремного заключения", думаю здесь не это подразумевается.Контекст такой:
Adesto or its representative shall have the right, at its own expense, at reasonable times and on reasonable notice, to audit Distributor's inventory and books and records to confirm the information provided by Distributor under this Section 3(b) or to otherwise assess credits or debits, and Distributor shall cooperate fully with Adesto in such audit. If such audit reveals a claimed credit in excess of five percent (5%) or more of the actual credit, Distributor shall promptly reimburse Adesto the excess credit amount and pay to Adesto all costs and expenses of such audit.
Помогите пож-та с этим выражением. Остальное понятно.
