В случае каких-либо несоответствий между положениями настоящего Соглашения и the Articles and/or the Charters , положения настоящего Соглашения должны иметь преимущество в отношениях между Держателями акций, а не Держатели акций должны оспорить срок действия Соглашения на основании такой необоснованности. |

The Shareholders shall (i) exercise all voting and other rights and powers available to them to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement, and (ii) ensure that, subject to applicable law, necessary amendments are made to the Articles and/or the Charters, as applicable, to make them consistent with this Agreement. |
