Subject: диски, цепи, шипы (автомобильные) gen. From the site of the Tires and Rubber 2013 exhibition, a description of goods and services to be showcased has "диски, цепи, шипы" (for cars, apparently) listed, and the English page of their site puts it as follows:disks, chains, studs

But I'm not sure. Aren't диски really "rims"?
"Chains and studs" seem OK to my pedestrian eye, although they may also be off the mark. Multitran offers several options for Диски: wheel disk; web; wheel rim; rim; wheel; wheel gun.
