Contractor confirms that it has read this Agreement before signing it.
4. In the event of a discrepancy between the General Terms and Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions, the Special Terms and Conditions shall apply.
5. The individual signing below for Contractor warrants by his/her signature hereon that he/she has authority to bind Contractor.
