имхо, это не пункт затребования, а заявка на обеспечение МС. A requisition is a request for something, especially a formal written request on a pre-printed form. |

Реквизициями и экспроприациями большевики занимались :) КМК тут описывается работа в электронной системе учета движения мат. средств. Поэтому начало предложения я бы понял как "Если возможно установить заявку на обеспечение, по которой были поставлены подлежащие возврату МС, возврат оформляется как отмена заявки" |
