Subject: sooth gen. Добрый день! Помогите разобраться, пожалуйста. Это, я понимаю, опечатка.
В этом отрывке я переводила soothing как смазку (для литейных форм):
The soothing system applies releasing agents to the ring groove. At the exit of the casting groove it is foreseen a high pressure water spray to remove the soothing coating so that a new fresh soothing coating can be applied.Дальше по тексту встречается следующее: The sooth present in casting water tends to increase during the operation and requires often change of the soft water in the casting machine cooling circuit. Due to the small size of sooth particles traditional filtration is not viable. Здесь, скорее, должно быть soothe, но что имеется в виду? Спасибо!
