Коллеги, помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться. Не пойму, о чем здесь идет речь.
Отрывок - из договора о дистрибуции. Проблема в П. 2.3 (то, что указано в теме).

2.2 All Trademarks, trade names, denominations, distinctive symbols of the Products as well as patents and Know-How incorporated therein are and shall remain the Company's exclusive property and no alteration or modification is allowed.
2.3 DISTRIBUTOR undertakes, not to deposit or have deposited the Company's trademarks or trade names, in the Territory or elsewhere, nor to deposit or have deposited trademarks or trade names that may be confused with those of the Company, without the the Company's previous written consent.
2.4 DISTRIBUTOR shall promptly advise the Company whenever it is possible, of any actual suspected or threatened patent, trademark, or trade name or other infringements of industrial property rights, acts of unfair competition, or similar events that may negatively affect the Company.
