Subject: one day at a time Добрый день!помогите плз перевести следующее выражение: one day at a time в контексте "что-то происходит спонтанно" спасипбо!!! |
well, i am not sure there is a russian equivalent. but it means we are going to take our time, do it slowly, take the situation as it comes,.... does that help? |
thanks a lot ))) |
to skelly: then maybe you could help me with the following - "That record was mixed twice, properly twice, the first time it was...I think...and they don't agree with me to this day, I think as a fan ..(?).. a legitimacy and a detachment, above and beyond what they think, even if they'll kill me for saying that, I think the first mix that was done on the record was significantly more commercial, and what people wanted to hear, than the second one" I don't really get what "a legitimacy and a detachment, above and beyond what they think" means Thank you!!! |
one day at a time - буквально "на подневной основе", "по одному дню за раз", т.е. от дня ко дню |
to V: нет, знаете ли, такой вариант не катит совсем вариант skelly подходит но все равно спасибо!!! |
Странно, что такой вариант не катит. Выражение One thing at a time значит "делать по одной вещи за один раз", то есть, "всему свое время". |
