These meetings occur at least quarterly and the applicable analyst is responsible for providing documentation and impairment prices of the securities. For any assets which are priced below 80% of cost and have been distressed for more than six months and have not already been written down to a quoted market price, sufficient documentation will be completed. It should also be completed for other potential impaired assets at the analyst’s discretion.
