"Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act" и"Children's Television Advertising Practice Act".

Контекст:
1. The U.S. Congress banned cigarette advertising from radio and TV in 1971 under the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act.

2. In 1990, Congress passed the Children's Television Advertising Practice Act. Among other things, it set limits on the amount of advertising that could be included in children's television programming and barred hosts of children's shows From selling products.

Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act
"Закон о защите здоровья населения/граждан от табакокурения"
хотя по сути принятых мер это "Закон о запрете рекламы табачных изделий"
(забавно, что у законодателей места не остаётся для таких слов, как prevention или protection)

Children's Television Advertising Practice Act
"Закон об ограничении рекламы в телевизионных передачах для детей"
