Pooling

(1) If several descendants succeed together, each heir shall add to the value of the estate the value of gratuitous donations received from the decedent during his lifetime if the decedent expressly stipulated consolidation or the circumstances sugges t that the beques t was made under the obligation of consolidation (pooling).
(2) Gifts of common value and the support provided to descendants who are in need of support shall not be included in pooling even if the decedent expressly stipulates it.
