Subject: MRD electr.eng. (XXX company) will be developing this product based on a minimal MRD from (YYY company). This means that XXX company will be mainly responsible for conceptual design.To mitigate the risk XXX company will provide YYY company with detailed specifications that clearly outline the direction XXX company wishes to take. YYY company will be required to approve these documents. XXX company will organize regular design reviews with YYY company so that YYY company has ample opportunity to raise concerns about original design elements. |
