In the absence of evidence of earlier receipt, any notice or other communication will be deemed to have been duly given if sent by post five (5) days after posting or if sent by fax, on completion of its transmission, as evidenced by a transmission report except that where delivery by fax occurs after 17.00 on a normal working day for the recipient or on a day which is not a normal working day, service will be deemed to occur at 09.00 on the next following working day.
