Subject: assignment of subcontractors law Добрый день!Помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться, что такое "rights of the surety" and "obligated under bond" в следующей фразе: assignment is subject to the prior rights of the surety, if any, obligated under bond relating to the Contract. Это фраза из контракта на строительство. Речь идет о передачи прав и обязательст субподрядчику. |

obligated under bond - ИМХО obligated under (performance ) bond см. МТ - performance bond - гарантия точного исполнения контракта |
