Контекст 1: The back-off charge was made up with 20 strands of explosive and run in hole taking weight at 1580m, the top of the HWDP. The wireline was pulled from the hole and the charge re-configured to 14 strands of explosive. The charge was run into the hole locating the charge across the drill collar connection at 1782m. The charge fired successfully and the wireline pulled from the hole. The string was worked in the hole however it remained stuck.

Run in hole conducting a wiper trip. Wash from 385m to 411m. Circulate and sweep hole clean. Pull out of hole. Rig to run 9-5/8" casing. Run 9-5/8" 36ppf K55 surface casing to 45.5m. Take weight, unable to work/circulate through. Pull out of hole. Run in hole for a wiper trip. Wash down from 24m - 73m and 88m - 110m.

Conduct a wireline survey. Wiper trip to the casing shoe, hole good. Run in hole. Take weight at 1602m. Work pipe, wash and ream as required to 1840m at 06:00hrs.

Continue to work and jar stuck drill string. Rig TPG wireline. Rig and run Log 1: GR-CCL. Tag crows foot survey ring at 1830.44m, calculated 1828.02m, 2.42m low. Calculated bit depth 1830.91m. Log up with GR-CCL acquiring GR to surface. Make up and run in Log 2: Free-Point Indicator. Take weight at 1585m. (top HWDP) Pull out of hole.

Re-run Log 2: FPI. Run in at slow rate from 1550m, take weight at 1585m, re-attempt. No success. Pull out of hole. Rig down wireline. Continue to jar and work drill string attempting to free. Rig up and run wireline Log 3: CCL-FPI.

Run 9-5/8" shoe track joint from mast & RIH with 9-5/8" Surface Casing to 399.5 m, take weight (Fill).

Decend at 600 m/hr. Pick up tension 1820kg. Run in tension 1620kg. Take weight, bottom of tool at 1597m.

The 9 5/8" shoe track was made up and run into the hole with 1 joint of casing. The casing string took weight at 45.5m. (Recorded as a section of hole dominated by conglomerate lithologies). The casing string was washed and worked attempting to pass the obstruction, without success. The casing was pulled from the hole.
