Уважаемые переводчики!
Как бы вы перевели вышеозначенную фразу (см. сабж) в следующем контексте:
В ряде регионов, благодаря царящей там простоте нравов, продвижение препаратов осуществляется посредством обычного подкупа должностных лиц.

Почему бы? Единственный путь??

Наоборот, "даже париться не нужно" выбирать из вариантов, которых множество.
Достаточно
3) (; + ; стоит только) it takes () only (+ to ) ; suffice it (+ to )
достаточно сказать [вспомнить], что — suffice it to say [mention] that достаточно было им поссориться, чтобы — a quarrel sufficed [was enough / sufficient] for them (+ to )
мне достаточно им позвонить, чтобы дело было сделано — it takes me only to call them for the job to be done
