Subject: Any waiver of any term or condition of this Deed law Any waiver of any term or condition of this Deed must be set forth in an instrument in writing signed by or on behalf of the waiving Party, will be effective only to the extent of the waiver set forth in such instrument, and must refer specifically to the term or condition to be waived and to the circumstances of such waiver.
