Subject: планируемое проведение ремонтных работ в соседних помещениях gen.

Не очень уверена с переводом

Страхователь обязан уведомлять Страховщика о планируемом проведении ремонтных работ в соседних помещениях

У меня получилось - The Policyholder shall notify the Insurer of (any?) expected repairs (repair work?) on the neighbouring (adjacent?) premises
