В ответ на Ваш запрос о предоставлении документов и сведений исх. № 65-26/796 от 27.12.2012г. сообщаем следующее:
Фирма «PATRIZE» подтверждает, что между ней как правообладателем товарных знаков, указанных в Вашем запросе, и ООО «Apex» и ООО «Haltica» были заключены лицензионные договоры.
В силу лицензионных договоров ООО «Apex» и ООО «Haltica» в указанный в Вашем запросе период предоставлялось право пользования товарными знаками. Следует отметить, что такое право указанным компания предоставлено и в настоящее время.
Со стороны ООО «Apex» и ООО «Haltica» обязанности по оплате использования товарных знаков исполнены в соответствии с требованиями лицензионных договоров. Причем оплата происходила не на основании счетов на оплату вознаграждения, а в соответствии с условиями лицензионных договоров (приложений к ним).
Отметим, что товарные знаки QUATRA, HELIX, DENSITY, являются самостоятельными товарными знаками принадлежащими «PATRIZE» номера свидетельств: 370499, 351551, 370685 соответственно.
Товарный знак MIX MASTER включает в себя наш товарный знак MASTER и слово, которое является неохраняемым элементом.

In response to your request for documents and information № 65-26/796 dated 27.12.2012 we report the following:
«PATRIZE» company, which is the owner of the trademarks, specified in your request, confirms that it has entered into license agreements with «Apex» ltd. and «Haltica» ltd.
According to the license agreements "Apex" ltd. and "Haltica" ltd. were given the right to use the trademarks within the period, specified in your request. It should be noted that such a right is being granted to the mentioned above companies at present.
"Apex" ltd. and "Haltica" ltd.. companies’ payment obligations for the use of trademarks are fulfilled in accordance with the requirements of the license agreements. The payment has been made not on the basis of remuneration invoices, but in accordance with the license agreements.
Note, that QUATRA, HELIX, DENSITY trademarks are self-owned trademarks of «PATRIZE», certificates numbers: 370499, 351551 and 370685 respectively.
MIX MASTER Trademark includes our MASTER trademark and the word, which is an unprotected element

In response to your letter # 65-26/796 dd. 27.12.2012 requesting documents and information, please be advised that:
